Planning Ahead

One big thing that I learned from my experience as a Weight Loss Coach is that I just generally feel better when I eat healthier. It is something that most of you have probably either already realized or will come to realize as you make your way though your NutriMost journey. Food is fuel for the body just as gasoline is fuel for the car. So why wouldn't I want to put the Premium version (think fruits, veggies, real food) in as much as possible as compared to the Regular unleaded (sugar-loaded, processsed, junkier) version???

For all you non-seafood lovers out there, I believe I've come up with a fish recipe that even you may be able to swallow!

My lunch today was a creation I'm calling Sweet Apple Tuna over Onions and, yes, you ARE reading that correctly! I didn't have any form of protein defrosted when I got home and really didn't want to spend a long time waiting for something to thaw, so I grabbed a can of tuna out of the pantry and got creative. I wasn't in the mood for cold tuna, so I threw the tuna into a skillet and went to the fridge to see what I could come up.

One of the things that people assume comes hand-in-hand with weight loss is boring, bland food. That absolutely does not have to be the case when you are trying to eat healthy!
