Apple Cider Gummies
Sugar Free and Low Carb
Calories per serving:
2 c. water
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. liquid stevia (or more, to taste)
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 T. gelatin
- Combine water, cinnamon, and stevia together in saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove saucepan from heat.
- Sprinkle gelatin powder over liquid and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar.
- Pour mixture into silicone mini mufffin tins or ice cube trays.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
