Ingredients: 

2 c. water
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. liquid stevia (or more, to taste)
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 T. gelatin

Directions: 
  1. Combine water, cinnamon, and stevia together in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove saucepan from heat.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin powder over liquid and whisk until fully dissolved.
  4.  Stir in apple cider vinegar.
  5.  Pour mixture into silicone mini mufffin tins or ice cube trays.
  6. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
