Ingredients: 

8 oz asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 t minced onion flakes
Asian Ginger Vinaigrette

Directions: 
  1. Lightly steam asparagus until slightly softened
  2. Rinse with cold water
  3. Transfer to bowl 
  4. Stir in minced onion flakes
  5. Toss with Asian Ginger Vinaigrette
