Asparagus Soup

Ingredients: 

16 oz asparagus, trimmed and chopped
3/4 cup Swanson chicken stock
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 
  1. Place asparagus, chicken stock, and garlic powder in a small saucepan.
  2. Simmer over medium heat until asparagus is just tender (about 4-5 minutes). Careful not to overcook.
  3. Pour into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve warm or chilled.
