Ingredients: 

1/2 c water
4 oz ground elk
8 oz mushrooms, quartered
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 t onion powder
pink salt, to taste
2 T Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce

Directions: 
  1. Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add ground elk, mushrooms, and garlic
  3. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is fully cooked
  4. Drain water
  5. Stir in onion powder, BBQ sauce, and pink salt
