Ingredients: 

1/2 c cherries
1/8 t celery seed
1/8 t pepper
2 t hot sauce
3.5 oz ground bison

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Mix hot sauce, celery seed, and pepper into bison
  4. Chop cherries coarsely 
  5. Stir cherries into meat
  6. Scoop mixture out by the spoonful into 6 mounds onto baking sheet and flatten slightly, if desired
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through
