Ingredients: 

1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries 
1/2 c. water
2 dropperfuls stevia
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum

Directions: 
  1. Place berries, water, and stevia in small saucepan and heat over med-high heat.  
  2. When hot, gradually dust xanthan gum over surface and whisk into mixture.  W
  3. Continue heating until sauce begins to thicken.  
  4. Chill in fridge.
