Braised Cabbage & Apple

Ingredients:

8 oz red cabbage
1 apple, sliced
Apple Cider Vinegar
Lemon pepper
1-2 packets or 6-8 drops stevia
 

Directions:

  1. Put cabbage and apple in small saucepan with enough water to allow to ‘braise’ 
  2. Add vinegar, lemon pepper, and stevia to sweeten
  3. Fold cabbage over and over to cook evenly
