Ingredients: 

4 oz. grilled or baked chicken breast
1/2 T. coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 T. hot sauce
2 pinches oregano
2 pinches garlic powder
spash of liquid aminos (optional)
steiva, to taste (optional)
2 T. goat cheese crumbles

Directions: 
  1. While chicken is cooking, place coconut oil, lemon juice, mustard, hot sauce, oregano, garlic powder, liquid aminos (if desired), and stevia (if desired) in small container with lid. 
  2. Shake container vigorously until sauce in well combined. 
  3. Pour sauce over chicken then flip to coat other side. 
  4. Sprinkle top of chicken with goat cheese.
