Ingredients: 

1 (13 oz) can white chicken breast in water
4 celery ribs, chopped 
2 T dijon mustard
1/4 t onion powder
1-2 T hot sauce
pink salt, to taste
2 stalks celery

Directions: 
  1. Mix chicken, chopped celery, mustard, onion powder, hot sauce, and pink salt together
  2. Portion into 2 bowls
  3. Wash celery stalks and cut ribs in half to use as spoons
