Ingredients:
3.5 oz ground buffalo/bison
8 oz cucumber noodles (spiralized cucumber)
1 T Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1/2 T dried parsley
1/4 t each cumin
1/4 t pink salt
1/4 t tumeric
Directions:
- Brown ground buffalo in skillet over med-high heat
- Stir in spices and liquid aminos
- Place in bowl over raw or cooked cucumber “noodles”
