Buffalo Curry with Celery

Oil Free and Sugar Free and Low Carb
Calories per serving: 

3.5 oz ground buffalo/bison
8 oz celery, chopped
1 t curry powder (or make your own mix of tumeric, cumin, chili powder, pepper, cloves, and salt)
1/8 c water

  1. Brown buffalo in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Stir in celery, water, and curry powder
  3. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook until celery is tender
  4. Remove lid and continue cooking a few minutes until liquid is almost gone
