Ingredients: 

1/4 c chia seeds
3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 t instant coffee
1 dropperful SweetLeaf stevia (or hazelnut/english toffee/vanilla creme/chocolate)

Directions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or other container with lid
  2. Stir or shake well until mixed together
  3. Place lid on jar
  4. Refrigerate for 6 or more hours
  5. Stir and add toppings, if desired (nuts, fruits, unsweetened coconut, cacao nibs, etc)
  6. May be stored in fridge for up to 5 days
