Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1 T coconut oil
Directions:
- Pull off the leaves and break the cauliflower into large florets
- Pulse florets in food processor until finely chopped
- Heat skillet on med-high heat
- Melt coconut oil in skillet
- Add cauliflower and stir-fry for 5 minutes
