Cherry Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients: 

6 oz brussels sprouts
1/2 c cherries
1/4 t allspice
pink salt and pepper, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Prehat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Slice brussels sprouts in half and place in bowl
  4. Remove pits from cherries and add cherries to bowl
  5. Toss mixture with allspice, pink salt, and pepper
  6. Spread into thin layer on baking sheet
  7. Bake 15 mins
  8. Flip and bake another 5 minutes
