Ingredients: 

8 oz cucumber
3 oz cooked chicken breast
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
stevia, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
water
paprika
garlic powder

Directions: 
  1. Slice cucumber into 1 inch pieces
  2. Scoop out seeds with melon baller tool
  3. Combine cucumber insides, chicken, mustard, acv, salt, pepper, and stevia in food processor or Magic Bullet
  4. Process until well combined and creamy, adding water as needed
  5. Spoon mixture into cucumber cups
  6. Top with paprika and garlic powder
