Ingredients: 

2 c riced cauliflower
1 T canned coconut cream
1 T Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
1 T spicy brown mustard
1/2 t italian seasoning
1/4 t smoked paprika
juice of 1/2 lime
1 T nutritional yeast
Tone's Chipotle Salt Blend, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Steam riced cauliflower in small saucepan in small about of water until desired consistency is reached (about 4 minutes)
  2. Drain liquid and return to stove over low heat
  3. Stir in coconut cream, bbq sauce, mustard, paprika, and nutritional yeast
  4. Add chipotle salt blend, to taste
  5. Stir in lime juice
