Ingredients: 

1 ½ c. almond meal
⅓ c.  FiberYum IMO syrup (or honey)
3 eggs
1 T. vanilla
½ tsp. baking soda
2 T. cocoa powder

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease donut pan.
  3. Whisk eggs, vanilla, and IMO syrup (or honey) together in large bowl.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, baking soda, and almond meal until well combined.
  5. Pour evenly into donut pan.
  6. Bake 15 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool completely before removing from donut pan.
