Ingredients:
1 oz box raisins
1/2 T coconut oil
1/2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
stevia, to taste
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in small bowl
- Stir in cocoa powder and stevia
- Add raisins to bowl and stir until covered
- Remove each raisin from bowl and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet in freezer
- Once “chocolate” has solidified, remove from freezer and repeat dipping/freezing raisins
- Repeat until all chocolate is used and raisins are covered
