Ingredients:

2 T. coconut flour
1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 dropperful stevia
1/4 c. unsweetened almond milk
3 T. liquid egg whites (or 1 egg)

Directions:

  1. Combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, stevia, and almond milk in mug or ramekin
  2. Whisk in egg whites (or egg)
  3. Microwave 2-3 minutes (or bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes)
