Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 T coconut oil, melted
cinnamon and stevia, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pour coconut oil over pumpkin seeds in bowl
- Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and stevia
- Spread into thin layer on baking sheet
- Bake for 30 minutes
