Ingredients: 

1/2 c. lemon or lime juice
2 T. minced garlic
2 tsp. parsley

Directions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients together in blender cup or small bowl.
  2. Pour over chicken, fish, or veggies and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes before cooking.
