Ingredients: 

5 oz steamed shrimp, chilled
1 orange
8 oz spinach
1 serving Lime Vinaigrette
pink salt, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Peel orange and cut into bite sized sections
  2. Combine spinach, orange, and shrimp in bowl
  3. Toss, until well coated, with Lime Vinaigrette
  4. Sprinkle with pink salt
