Coconut Flour Sandwich Bread

Ingredients:

1/2 c coconut flour 
1/4 c melted coconut oil
4 eggs
1/4 t pink salt 
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
1/2 t baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in bowl
  3. Stir in eggs, coconut oil, and vinegar, until thoroughly combined
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of batter onto greased parchment paper
  5. Spread into square shapeabout 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
  6. Repeat with remaining batter 
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until edges are lightly browned
