Ingredients:
1/2 c coconut flour
1/4 c melted coconut oil
4 eggs
1/4 t pink salt
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
1/2 t baking soda
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in bowl
- Stir in eggs, coconut oil, and vinegar, until thoroughly combined
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of batter onto greased parchment paper
- Spread into square shapeabout 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
- Repeat with remaining batter
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until edges are lightly browned
