Cowboy Caviar (Salsa)

Ingredients:

5 black olives, chopped
¼ c. edamame
1/3 c. frozen, roasted corn
1/2 c. frozen, chopped green pepper
1/2 c. frozen, chopped red pepper
6 grape tomatoes, diced
2 T. tomato paste
1 T. chopped green chiles
4 jalapeno pepper rings, diced
1/4 c. Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine tomato paste and BBQ sauce in bowl. 
  2. Stir in all veggies until well combined.
  3. Transfer to mason jar or tupperware and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
