Ingredients: 

6 oz kale
5 oz crab
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t onion powder
1/8 t pepper
2 c water
pink salt, to taste
 

Directions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan
  2. Bring to a simmer
  3. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
