Ingredients: 

2 eggs
1 T coconut oil
1 c steamed broccoli florets 
12.5 oz (1 can) Premium Chunk White Chicken in water
2 small tomatoes, chopped
2 t Simple Girl BBQ Seasoning
2 T coconut cream (canned)
6 c riced cauliflower
1 T butter
1/2 c water

Directions: 
  1. Steam cauliflower in water over med-high heat
  2. Drain then return saucepan to stovetop
  3. Stir in butter, broccoli, chicken, tomatoes, BBQ seasoning, and coconut cream then cover with lid
  4. In small skillet, melt coconut oil
  5. Scramble eggs and cook in skillet
  6. Stir eggs into saucepan
