- 1 27 oz. can sauerkraut
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 3 T. lemon juice
- pink salt to taste
- pepper
Instructions
- Place sauerkraut in the crockpot.
- Stir cayenne and thyme into sauerkraut.
- Place chicken on top.
- Brush lemon juice onto chicken (flipping to get both sides).
- Sprinkle with pink salt and pepper.
- Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours.
