Crockpot Lemon Chicken and Sauerkraut

Ingredients: 

1 (27 oz. can) sauerkraut
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, sliced 1/2 inch thick
3 T. lemon juice
pink salt and pepper, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Place sauerkraut in the crockpot.
  2. Stir cayenne and thyme into sauerkraut.
  3. Place chicken on top.
  4. Brush lemon juice onto chicken (flipping to get both sides).
  5. Sprinkle with pink salt and pepper.
  6. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours.
