Ingredients:

2 hard boiled eggs, halved
4 t dijon mustard
1/3 t apple cider vinegar
2-4 drops liquid stevia
1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
dash of salt
dash of pepper

Directions:

  1. Scoop egg yolks into a bowl and set egg whites aside.
  2. Mash yolks, vinegar, mustard, stevia, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
  3. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
