Ingredients: 

1/4 c. Pompeian balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. water
2 T. avocado oil
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pink salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
 

Directions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients, except xanthan gum, in bowl with whisk.
  2. Sprinkle xanthan gum on top and whisk until combined.
  3. Transfer to mason jar or salad dressing container and store in fridge.
