Easy Deep Dish Cookie

Calories per serving:
160 calories + add-ins
¼ c. almond flour
½ banana, mashed
1 T. nut butter of choice
Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, coconut flakes, cacao/cocoa powder, peppermint extract, etc
- Grease microwave/oven safe bowl.
- Combine almond flour, banana, and nut butter until well incorporated.
- Stir in any desired add-ins.
- Spoon batter into bowl and spread evenly into circle (may not cover entire bottom of bowl).
- Microwave for 3 minutes or bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove cookie from bowl with fork or spatula.
- Slice in half (or eat the entire cookie).
