Ingredients: 

¼ c. almond flour
½ banana, mashed
1 T. nut butter of choice
Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, coconut flakes, cacao/cocoa powder, peppermint extract, etc

Directions: 
  1. Grease microwave/oven safe bowl.
  2. Combine almond flour, banana, and nut butter until well incorporated.
  3. Stir in any desired add-ins.
  4. Spoon batter into bowl and spread evenly into circle (may not cover entire bottom of bowl).
  5. Microwave for 3 minutes or bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Remove cookie from bowl with fork or spatula.
  7. Slice in half (or eat the entire cookie).
