Ingredients: 

4 slices (1 batch) Savory Pumpkin Egg Bread
6 T. liquid egg whites
1/4 tsp. chives
1-2 T. water
hot sauce, salsa, or Easy Ketchup, to taste (optional)
 

Directions: 
  1. Toast slices of bread in toaster oven.
  2. Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Whisk chives into egg whites then pour into skillet.
  4. Cook for a couple minutes until done. 
  5. Place scrambled egg whites evenly on two slices of bread.
  6. Drizzle with salsa, hot sauce, or ketchup, if desired.
  7. Place remaining slices of bread on top.
