Ingredients: 

2 eggs
3 T. liquid egg whites 
1 T. milk of choice
2 T. unflavored whey (or pea) protein powder
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 T. coconut flour

Directions: 
  1. Whisk together eggs, egg whites, protein powder, milk, and baking powder.
  2. Stir in coconut flour.
  3. Pour batter evenly into waffle iron.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes.
