Ingredients: 

2 eggs, separated
1/2-1 t chives (or other spices)
pink salt and pepper, to taste

*Add-Ins: nutritional yeast, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese (*PHASE 4/BEYOND ONLY)

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Whip egg whites with hand mixer until stiff peaks form
  3. Fold in chives (and any additional add-ins if in P4/Beyond)
  4. Scoop whites onto parchment paper into 2 mounds
  5. Press spoon into center of each mound to make indent
  6. Place one yolk into each indent
  7. Bake in oven for 8-12 minutes (depending how runny you want your yolk)
  8. Remove from oven and top with pink salt and pepper
