Ingredients: 

3.5 oz lean ground beef
4 oz green pepper
4 oz red pepper
4 oz tomato
1/2 c salsa
2 T tomato paste
1 t Ranch Seasoning

Directions: 
  1. Brown ground beef in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Slice peppers and chop tomato then add to skillet
  3. Continue cooking until peppers have softened
  4. Drain skillet and return to stovetop
  5. Stir in salsa, tomato paste, and Ranch Seasoning and cook another minute, until heated through
