Focaccia French Toast

Ingredients:

4 slices Focaccia Flax Bread
1 egg
1/2 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
SweetLeaf english toffee stevia, to taste
Powdered stevia, if desired

Directions:

  1. Heat and lightly grease skillet over medium heat
  2. Stir together egg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in shallow bowl
  3. Whisk in almond milk
  4. Soak slice of bread in mixture
  5. Transfer to skillet and lightly brown on each side
  6. Repeat with remaining slices of bread
  7. Place a few drops of english toffee stevia on each slice and sprinkle with a little powdered stevia
