Ingredients: 

3 1/2 oz chicken breast
1 packet or 8 drops stevia
1 T lemon juice
1 t lemon zest
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 T dijon mustard 
pink salt and pepper, to taste
 

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients and marinate at least two hours.
  3. Place chicken breast in a baking dish and spoon marinade over.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
