¼ c. + 1 ½ tsp. coconut flour
3 eggs
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. pink salt
3 T. coconut oil, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk together egg, coconut oil, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in flax meal and coconut flour until dough forms.
- Spread dough out on parchment lined baking sheet, leaving edges slightly thicker for crust.
- Bake 15 minutes or until turns golden brown.
