Ingredients: 

Personal Pan Size:
⅓ c. golden flax meal
1 ½ T. coconut flour
1 egg
½ tsp. baking powder
pinch of pink salt
1 T. coconut oil, melted

Full Size:
1 c. golden flax meal
¼ c. + 1 ½ tsp. coconut flour
3 eggs
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. pink salt
3 T. coconut oil, melted

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk together egg, coconut oil, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Stir in flax meal and coconut flour until dough forms.
  4. Spread dough out on parchment lined baking sheet, leaving edges slightly thicker for crust.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until turns golden brown.
