Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 c egg whites
1 T coconut flour
1/4 c golden flax meal
1/2 t baking powder
stevia, to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients together with fork, whisk, or in Magic Bullet
- Heat large skillet over med-high heat
- Grease skillet
- Pour batter into 4″ circles into skillet
- Wait until bubbles form in pancakes
- Flip and cook another minute
- Repeat with remaining batter
