Ingredients:

2 T. almond flour
2 T. coconut flour
1 T. flax meal
1/2 T. unflavored whey protein powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. egg whites

Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Stir baking powder, almond flour, flax meal, protein powder, and coconut flour together.
  3. Whisk in egg and egg whites.
  4. Pour into waffle iron.
  5. Cook for 4 minutes.
