2 T. coconut flour
1 T. flax meal
1/2 T. unflavored whey protein powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. egg whites
Directions:
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Stir baking powder, almond flour, flax meal, protein powder, and coconut flour together.
- Whisk in egg and egg whites.
- Pour into waffle iron.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
