Ingredients:
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T regular yellow mustard
1 dropperful stevia
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Heat vinegar in skillet over med-high heat
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender
- Add in stevia and mustard and continue cooking, add water if needed
- Remove from heat and season with pink salt and pepper
