Ingredients: 

4 c. chopped kale
1 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
4 large green olives, finely chopped
2 c. coleslaw mix
2 T. nutritional yeast
2 T. avocado oil
2 T. coconut aminos
1/4 tsp. celery seed
2 T. water
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic flakes

Directions: 
  1. Combine kale, coleslaw mix, carrots, onion, pepper, and olives in large mixing bowl with lid.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together avocado oil, coconut aminos, water, celery seed, vinegar, garlic, and nutritional yeast.
  3. Pour dressing over slaw mix.
  4. Place lid on bowl and shake vigorously until dressing is well distributed.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
