Ingredients:
3.5 oz crab
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. onion powder
1 T parsley
1⁄2 tsp. lemon zest
1⁄4 tsp. pink salt
1⁄4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 lemon wedges
Directions:
- Mix everything together
- Form into 2 small patties
- Place in a parchment paper lined baking dish
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
- Top with juice from lemon wedges
