Ingredients: 

4 oz green pepper slices
4 oz red pepper slices
4 oz grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 c tomato sauce
2 t minced garlic
1 t Simple Girl BBQ Seasoning
1/2 t italian seasoning
1 T apple cider vinegar
pink salt and pepper, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Cook pepper slices and garlic in apple cider vinegar over med-high heat in skillet
  2. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, BBQ seasoning, and italian seasoning and cook until tomatoes soften
  3. Season with pink salt and pepper
