Ingredients: 

4 oz albacore tuna
1 T yellow or dijon mustard
1/4 t onion powder
1/2-1 t Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar
2 large portabella mushrooms (8 oz)

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to broil
  2. Mix tuna, mustard, onion powder, and vinegar together in bowl
  3. Scoop 1/2 of mixture into each mushroom cap
  4. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
  5. Broil until top is browned
