Ingredients: 

6 oz. ground turkey
1 c. steamed broccoli
2 eggs
2 c. diced mushrooms
1/4 c. almond flour
2 T. nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pink salt
 

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Drain broccoli in collander and wring out excess liquid.
  3. Combine turkey, broccoli, eggs, and mushrooms in food processor until well incorporated.
  4. Add in almond flour, spices, and nutritional yeast and process again.
  5. Form into 4 patties and place on cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, flip, then bake another 5 minutes. 
  8. Remove from oven, flip again, then bake another 5 minutes.
