Orange Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

12 oz. fresh cranberries (~3 c.)
¼ c. unsweetened applesauce
1 orange, cubed
1 cinnamon stick
4 dropperfuls SweetLeaf valencia orange stevia
zest of 1 orange

Directions:

  1. Heat applesauce and stevia in saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in cranberries, oranges, orange zest, and cinnamon stick.
  3. When cranberries start to pop, reduce to simmer.
  4. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove cinnamon stick.
  6. Stir sauce until well mixed together.
  7. Add additional stevia if sauce is too tart.
  8. Transfer to glass jar then refrigerate.
