Ingredients: 

1 c. finely chopped cauliflower
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. minced onion flakes
½ tsp. minced garlic flakes
pink salt and pepper, to taste

Directions: 
  1. Melt coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat.
  2. Add cauliflower and cook until beginning to soften.
  3. Stir in parsley, onion flakes, garlic flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook a few more minutes.
