Ingredients: 

1 c. canned pumpkin
5 eggs
1/4 c. coconut oil, melted
1/4 c. coconut flour
½ c. almond flour
2 scoops whey protein powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. thyme
½ tsp. pink salt
2 tsp. baking powder
 

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease loaf pan.
  3. Place coconut oil, eggs, and pumpkin in blender and blend until combined.
  4. Add baking powder, nutmeg, thyme, and pink salt.
  5. Pulse in almond flour, protein powder, and coconut flour.
  6. Transfer batter into loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing.
