Salty Pretzel Bites

Servings: 5 (8 bites each)

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 1/2 T ghee
3 T coconut flour
pink salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet wiht parchment paper
  2. Mix eggs, almond flour, 2 T ghee, and coconut flour with hands until dough forms
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes
  4. Roll dough into 40 small balls and place onto baking sheet
  5. Bake 6-7 minutes
  6. Remove from oven 
  7. Turn oven up to 400 degrees
  8. Flip each pretzel bite over on baking sheet
  9. Return to oven and bake 4-5 more minutes
  10. Remove from oven and cool
  11. Melt remaining ghee and brush onto pretzel bites
  12. Sprinkle pink salt on top
